At Arvantic, we’re happy to offer free shipping on all orders. Our goal is to get your order to you as smoothly and clearly as possible.

Order Processing Times

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed off to the shipping carrier and is on the way to your address.

During high-volume periods or holidays, processing times may take up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times begin once your order has been dispatched. Delivery speed depends on your location and the carrier handling your shipment.

Estimated delivery times vary by country and region and may be impacted by carrier delays, customs processing, or peak shipping periods.

Please note that tracking updates can sometimes be delayed and may not update in real time.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete details may result in processing delays or order cancellation.

If our system detects a possible address issue, our support team may contact you by email within 3 business days to confirm your details. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us at sales@arvantic.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes after this window.

Delayed Delivery

We understand how important timely delivery is and we work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible. However, delays can occur due to factors outside our control, such as carrier disruptions, weather conditions, customs inspections, or transportation issues.

In some cases, delays may also be caused by address verification, payment issues, or inventory availability. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Arvantic is not responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. We will always do our best to assist and keep you informed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, it is outside of our direct control. If your package is lost or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at sales@arvantic.com and we will assist where possible.

We also recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim, as they may require additional information to investigate. We can follow up with the carrier on your behalf when appropriate.

Lost or stolen packages are not automatically eligible for refunds, but depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement.

Arvantic reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the most current version before placing an order.
