Cancellation Policy
Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After that window, the order may already be processing and changes may not be possible.
If you cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We package our products carefully to avoid damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it arrives defective or physically broken. Minor damage to outer packaging, such as dented boxes, does not count if the product itself is intact.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at sales@arvantic.com and include clear photos of the damage. If approved, we will send a replacement at no cost.
Damage caused by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse is not eligible for refund or replacement.
Shipping and Delivery
We work to ship orders promptly, but delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control can happen. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s hands. For delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is submitted and we are not notified within 24 hours, we cannot offer a replacement or refund.
